About Us

Alma Public School Building

Alma Public School is located at the edge of the small community of Alma, in the township of Mapleton. The majority of our students live in the surrounding rural areas and are bussed to school each day; while the rest of our students live in Alma and can walk to and from school. Currently, we have one full day/ every day kindergarten classes. Our students with special needs are integrated into regular classes with resource withdrawal and in-class support.
