Executive Compensation

We all want the best for our students.

Dynamic schools and school boards focused on the needs of students require passionate, committed, and innovative leaders.  To attract quality leadership, it is crucial that the Upper Grand District School Board (UGDSB) offers competitive, transparent, and responsible compensation.

The UGDSB, in consultation with the Government of Ontario, has developed its Executive Compensation Program to fulfill the requirements of provincial regulations.

UPDATE (January 31, 2018): The UGDSB invited public feedback on the initial report from Dec. 4, 2017, to January 2, 2018. Following the public consultation period, the Board provided a summary of your feedback to the Ministry of Education for its consideration. The Ministry approved the UGDSB’s Executive Compensation Program on January 22, 2018.
