Videotaping or Photography at Public Events

We all love to take pictures of our children, especially during memorable events (e.g., plays, awards assemblies and sporting events).

The Upper Grand District School Board allows videotaping and photography at UGDSB public events. We do ask, however, that you respect the privacy of others and do not post on the internet images of people who have not given you consent to do so.

All parents, guardian and visitors to the school are reminded that the privacy of all our students must be maintained at all times:

• Only take pictures or video of your own child(ren)
• Only post pictures or video of your own child(ren) on social media
• Only share pictures or video of your own child(ren) with other people
