DanceAThon Parent Thank You Letter (1)
On Wednesday March 8th Credit Meadows held their annual Dance-A-Thon. Thank you for helping raise almost $8750!! It was a lot of fun to see the students dancing throughout the day! The money raised will be put towards Arts Days and any extra will go towards other programs that will support and enrich the curriculum in the classrooms.
Thank you to the following families for donating prizes: Carty, Cerveny, Decker, Doerfler, Ecclestone, Miller, Pettigrew, Puplickhuizen, Rounding, Spence, Stewart, Tolton, Warnaar, Watson and White. We had some gift cards donated without a family name listed and wanted to recognise our anonymous family as well! We are also grateful to the following businesses that donated: Jungle Oasis, Booklore, Dairy Queen, McDonalds and Lots O Fun.
Parent Council was truly amazed by the generosity the students and families showed and how much money we earned. Thank you to the staff, the parents that were able to help out and to the Grade Eight students who practiced and taught routines to the classes and danced all day!
We are very appreciative to everyone who participated in the day; we couldn’t have done it without you!
