Parents/guardians invited to free webinar on understanding and managing screen time

The Upper Grand District School Board, in collaboration with Pine River Institute, presents the third webinar in the new family initiative series: Understanding and managing screen time. 

This webinar series will explore what parents and guardians need to know about the digital world and how it affects their child’s development, as well as learn positive strategies to build connections with their kids through tech.

This webinar will take place Tuesday, January 24 at 7 pm and you can register here. 

The webinar series has previously explored parenting for positive mental health development and future webinar topics will cover connection and empathy in response to behaviour and understanding addiction and addictive behaviour. 

All webinars will be held on a Thursday night at 7pm. You can learn more here.
