An Excellent Junior Cross-Country Event!
Congratulations to our junior cross country runners. On October 23, 35 members from grades 3 to 6 represented our school very well at the junior, B Division cross country tournament at the Puslinch Community Center. Our girls aged 9 and under placed 3rd, our 10-year-old girls placed first and our 10-year old boys placed first.
We are very proud of all of our runners no matter what order they crossed the finish line. We also thank our grade 8 students who helped as route marshals race timers and finish line helpers. Honorable mention also to Mr. Skeoch and Mrs. Warden for their innovative design and construction of new over head finish line poles and flags and to Mrs. Dickerson and Mrs. Mast for their supervision help for our team at the community center.
