Time to Pick up Report Cards, Return Technology…and More!
Hello everyone;
Many of you have been inquiring about when and how they would be able to retrieve their children’s report cards and say goodbye to their teachers. We now have a plan. Thank you for your patience!
On Tuesday, June 23 (Rain date June 24), we will be giving out a number of things: report cards, certificates, hopefully yearbooks, photos and any leftover belongings that have not made it back to you yet.
This day is also an opportunity for parents to pick up the Junior Kindergarten Orientation Package. You will have been contacted by our Kindergarten Staff.
This is also we will be able to return technology (Chromebooks and iPads) you have borrowed from the school.
While doing all of this, we will be observing social distancing protocols and wearing protective equipment as required.
To do this safely and efficiently, we are inviting you to come in the time frame allotted to your position in the alphabet. There will be tables set up by class with staff members eagerly waiting to say hello!
When you arrive, please do the following:
Look at the tables in a that are in a giant horseshoe on the front tarmac. Find your child’s class and retrieve your report card and any unclaimed items. Hopefully your child will be able to come with you to say their greetings to the staff members, too!
When you arrive at the table, please identify yourself, and the teacher will check off your child(ren)’s name(s) and retrieve the report card and any other items there.
If you are here to pick up the Kindergarten Orientation package, there is a table for that too.
We are hoping to give out yearbooks, too, if they arrive in time.
If you have books, please deposit them in the bin available.
If you have technology to return, there will be a table for that purpose. Be sure we check off your name!
Please stay 2 metres behind the person in front of you. Some cones will be positioned to help you with spacing.
Please also do a self-check for COVID-19.

TUESDAY, JUNE 23 (RAIN DATE WEDNESDAY, JUNE 24)
8:30 – 9:30: Children’s last names begin with A to E
9:30 – 10:30: Children’s last names begin with F to J
10:30 – 11:30 Children’s last names begin with K to O
12:30 – 1:30: Children’s last names begin with P to T
1:30 – 2:30: Children’s last names begin with U to Z
WEDNESDAY, JUNE 24
5:00 – 6:30: Those who could not attend during the day may pick up items now.
