Item Pick-Up and Online Report Cards
With the school year quickly coming to a close, there are a couple of key actions we need your help with in order to finish the year successfully.
Collecting Personal Items
The first item we need your help with is to come to the school to collect any remaining student personal items, classwork, photo proofs, yearbooks and to check the lost and found. Items will be available for pick up during the following times:
Friday, June 25th (8-4)
Monday, June 28th (8-12)
Tuesday, June 29th (8:30-4)
Wednesday, June 30th (10-2)
Please come to the front door and I, Mrs. Warden or one of our Resource Teachers will meet you and pass the items to you. Please ensure that you have self-screened, are wearing a mask, and physically distance from any other parents who are also meeting us at the front door.
Online Report Cards
The other item that needs your attention is signing up for our Online Report Card Portal. You have hopefully received information from the Board through the UGConnect App, and/or a robocall about signing up for the Report Card Portal. Report cards are digital this year and you will need to create an account with the Upper Grand before you can download your child’s report.
- Before you create an account, check your child’s ugcloud gmail account. The Board sent each child an email indicating what parent email addresses were on file.
- Once you have checked which address is on file, visit this page and click on the link for your child’s school.
- Register for an account and check for report cards on or after June 23rd.
