Verification Forms
It is important that we have up-date-contact information for your child. Please complete, sign and return your verification forms to your child’s teacher as soon as possible.
Sustainability Initiatives
We would like to take this opportunity to remind you about our ongoing commitment to sustainability. As part of our school’s efforts to promote environmental consciousness, we kindly request that you pack your child’s lunch using reusable containers. By minimizing the use of single-use plastics and other disposable items, we can collectively contribute to reducing waste and protecting our planet.
We greatly appreciate your cooperation in supporting our sustainability initiatives. Together, we can instill important values in our students and create a greener future for all. Should you have any questions or require further information, please don’t hesitate to reach out to us.
Arbour Vista Calendar
Please note that theArbour Vista Calendar hosts our school events. Please refer to it regularly as there are times when a change in date or time is required. For specific details about event please click on “view all” on the calendar
Volunteering
To volunteer for class trips or in-school activities please follow the School Volunteer Procedural Manual. If this is your first time volunteering a Vulnerable Sector Police Check is required. You can obtain a Police Check at the Guelph Police station or online at https://policecheck.guelphpolice.ca/ . If the Vulnerable Sector is not included, the police check is not sufficient and will need to be redone. If you submitted a Vulnerable Sector Check within the last year, a Declaration of Offence will be required.
Lunch Supervision
We are always looking for lunch supervisors to help supervise students during break. Our breaks are 40 min long, 10:00- 10:40 am and 12:20- 1:00 pm. If you are interested in helping, please apply for a police check and contact the Vice-Principal Mme Languedoc at [email protected] . Please note that this is a paid position.
This does not need to be a long term commitment, even one break a week is helpful.
Have a wonderful week!
S. Hare
