Students, parents invited to complete survey on school safety, inclusivity

GUELPH, Ontario – Students and parents in the Upper Grand are being asked to complete a survey about their feelings around the safety and inclusivity of their school. Starting Monday, students in grades 4 to 12 will be completing a School Climate Survey.

The purpose of this survey is to determine whether or not students feel that their school provides a safe and inclusive learning environment. The survey asks general questions about how the student is feeling at school, as well as specific questions about bullying.

Staff and parents are also being asked to complete a climate survey about their school. Parents can use the link below to access the survey, or can access the survey through school websites.

The survey will be open until March 11, 2016.
