This February, the Upper Grand District School Board is honouring Black Heritage, Black Brilliance and Black Joy.
February is Winter Walk Month – Let’s get moving this winter
February is Winter Walk Month and February 7, 2024, is Winter Walk Day. Winter Walk Day is celebrated the first Wednesday of February each year and encourages students and staff to walk or wheel to and from school.

Beyond Borders raises over $100,000 for local and global community
Students enrolled in the UG’s Beyond Borders experiential learning program have inspired their community to raise a total of $133,000 for Doctors Without Borders, Guelph General Hospital and back into the Beyond Borders program for future UG students.
