Digital Saturday to showcase classroom tech, appropriate use of technology

GUELPH, Ontario – On Saturday November 17, the Upper Grand DSB is hosting an information technology open house at Montgomery Village Public School in Orangeville.

The board’s annual Digital Saturday event features displays and workshops about the technology students are using to learn in the classroom.

Parents and community members will have the opportunity to explore and learn about new technologies in the classroom, assistive technologies to support all learners, digital resources and more.

Workshops will also explore how parents can help engage with technology at home and appropriate ways to use technology both at home and in the classroom.
