Immigrant Services is working remotely to support newcomers

April 2, 2020

GUELPH, Ontario – Immigrant Services Guelph-Wellington (ISGW) staff have been working together to ensure that newcomers in our community have the necessary resources during these uncertain times.

Although ISGW has closed their Dawson Road location in Guelph, the team has been working hard to stay in touch with those who may need some extra assistance. In addition to one-on-one video appointments, phone calls and emails, ISGW has been creating innovative ways to mitigate the negative impact that self isolation and social distancing can cause.

ISGW has put together a list of resources to help including online learning, tax help, COVID-19 information, activities for kids and much more.

To learn more about how ISGW can help you during this time of uncertainty, please visit their website to view their Spring newsletter.
