Survey for secondary students: Complete only if you want to change learning mode for Semester 2

Secondary students in the Upper Grand District School Board have the opportunity to change their learning mode for Semester 2.

Any secondary student who wishes to change their learning mode between in-person or remote learning must complete the survey below online as soon as possible. In order to facilitate scheduling and timetabling, we would appreciate hearing from those interested in switching their learning mode by January 5. However, families who decide to switch after January 5 are asked to contact their home school for assistance.

Please note that this change will be for the full semester, February to June.

Students who wish to stay in their current learning mode should not complete this survey. 

Course selection for students enrolled in the Remote Program for Semester 2 is open until January 5.
