UGDSB seeking input on Executive Compensation Program

Dynamic schools and school boards focused on the needs of students require passionate, committed, and innovative leaders.  To attract quality leadership, it is crucial that the Upper Grand District School Board (UGDSB) offers competitive, transparent, and responsible compensation.

The UGDSB, in consultation with the Government of Ontario, has developed its proposed Executive Compensation Program to fulfill the requirements of provincial regulations.  Part of this process requires that we ask for public feedback on our proposed program.
