WDG Public Health Community Alcohol Survey

GUELPH, ON – Wellington Dufferin Guelph (WDG) Public Health is engaging WDG residents to share their attitudes, behaviours and knowledge about alcohol and health. This survey will help to identify important community concerns and shape future health initiatives for both public health and our community partners.
Anyone who lives in Wellington County, Dufferin County, or the City of Guelph who is 16 years of age or older is eligible to participate and will be given the opportunity to enter a draw for a chance to win one of three $100 gift cards upon survey completion.
