Youth workshop on mental and physical health Feb. 26

As part of its virtual series engaging youth in mental health awareness, YouthTALK has an upcoming session on mental and physical health.

The second session in YouthTALK’s Wellness Works! series is “Let’s Talk Physical” – February 26, 2021, from 4:30-5:45pm.

YouthTALK members will lead an interactive and engaging discussion, with activities and conversation about the connection that physical health has on our mental health. The event will explore how becoming more active, eating a healthy diet, having a proper night’s sleep, and how our daily routines and goals all play an important role in our mental wellness.
