We had a busy week with Jump Rope for Heart and Chef Suzanne a l’ecole where our Core French students learned about French cooking and culture! Finally we have some nice Spring weather! There are a lot of outdoor educational trips happening this week including Green Legacy for juniors to do some tree planting and our Guelph Lake Nature Center.

Our grade 6 students are enjoying Camp Mansfield and come back tomorrow at 2:15 pm. Please come to the school to pick them up by 2:30 before bus dismissal and you may park in the bus area before 3pm.

The draft report includes a list of proposed short (1-5 yrs.) and long (6-10 yrs.) accommodation priorities. The report does not include any recommended changes to school programs or boundaries.

Our chocolate fundraiser is well underway and has been a huge success in raising money for our school playground.
We have already sold over 70 boxes of chocolate and raised $4,620 so far!
More chocolate will arrive on Tuesday for the final push in sales or if you want to pre-sell chocolate this weekend.

We’ve had a few questions regarding the chocolate fundraiser that is being run by our School Council:
Each family will receive one box of chocolate unless an opt out form was sent back to the school by Thursday.
Once one box is sold and paid for, then another box can be requested to sell more.
