Conestoga Summer School Dual Credits (8 days)
In conjunction with Conestoga College, Upper Grand DSB offers Grade 12 students the option of taking a Summer School Dual Credit course. The Dual Credit program allows students to earn one credit that will count towards both their Secondary School Transcript, as well as a College Transcript and students are fully supported by a secondary school teacher.
Unlike other summer school courses where you can set your own hours, students must be available during the school day for activities with the college instructor and classmates and other activities that are monitored by your dual credit teacher. Transportation will be provided to students that require it for any in-person courses.
NOTE: Students cannot be registered in more than one summer school program in the same session (i.e. students cannot register for a summer school dual credit courseĀ and an onsite summer school course).
Information regarding Summer 2023 dual credit offerings will be available in the spring.
