“IT’S ALL GREEK TO ME” A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A GREEK KITCHEN
In this home style Greek cooking class, you will learn how to prepare three meals starting with a Greek breakfast of potato and feta scrambled eggs. For lunch, you will learn to make kritheraki and kota (orzo pasta with chicken in a red sauce). Lastly, for dinner, we will make biftekia and patates (Greek style meatballs and potatoes in the oven). Please bring a water bottle and containers for any possible leftovers.

Learn how to make the always popular Indian appetizer, Samosas from scratch. In this class, you will make a vegetarian samosa filling, made with potatoes, peas and some spices, and a non-vegetarian samosa-filling made with minced chicken, potatoes and spices. you will also make two types of chutneys, Sweet and Sour Tamarind Chutney and Spicey Coriander Chutney. Bring containers for possible leftovers, an apron and water bottle.
