BLT – BUTT, LEGS & THIGHS

No, this is not Bacon, Lettuce and Tomato! This class will have you lunging, squatting and lifting your way to a shapelier butt and legs. We will also include 20 minutes of core exercises to help strengthen the abdominals and lower back, and finish off the class with some great stretches to elongate those lower body muscles. Please wear comfortable clothing and bring a mat and water bottle. Indoor shoes required.

BODY BLAST

Are you ready for total body workout? All muscle groups will be worked using both body weight exercises and hand held free weights. Focus will be on form first, then repetitions. CHAIR YOGA

A gentler yoga class focusing on improved mobility, posture, breath awareness and overall physical and emotional well-being, ideal for arthritis sufferers or anyone who’s uncomfortable sitting on a mat or transitioning between sitting, standing and lying down. The class can be done entirely in the chair, but there will also be standing and reclined options for those who wish to try them.

This Nordic Walking class will be conducted indoors; it is ideal for the Winter season! It will appeal to those who are not confident walking on uneven terrain outside due to balance or physical issues.
