FAVOURITE INDIAN DISHES

Learn how to cook all-time favourite Indian dishes like Chicken Tikka Masala and Aloo Gobi (curry made with cauliflower and potatoes). These dishes will be accompanied by Roti (Indian bread) as well as Masala Chai (tea made with cardamom and ginger). Please bring an apron, water bottle and containers for any possible leftovers.

GLUTEN FREE INDIAN DISHES

Indian Cuisine, particularly South Indian, has a vast array of recipes which are naturally gluten free. This four course, gluten free menu will include: Vegetable Pakoras (appetizers made with cauliflower, potatoes, onions and chickpea flour), Savory Crepes (made with chickpea and rice flour with spices) and served with Tomato Garlic Chutney. You will also make Vegetable Pulao (cooked with basmati rice, mixed vegetables and exotic spices). Please bring an apron, water bottle and containers for any possible leftovers. Please note that the kitchen is not gluten free.

POPULAR INDIAN DISHES

Warm up this winter with some Indian comfort dishes like Tandoori Chicken (marinated with yogurt and spices) which will be perfectly paired with Sweet and Sour Mango Chutney. You will also learn how to cook rich and creamy Butter Chicken which will be accompanied by Roti (an Indian bread). The evening will finish with some delicious Masala Chai. SPICY SAMOSAS WITH CHUTNEY

Learn how to make the always popular Indian appetizer, Samosas, from scratch. In this class you will make Samosa pastry with two different fillings: Vegetarian Samosas (filled with potatoes, peas and some spices) and Non-Vegetarian Samosas (filled with minced chicken, potatoes and spices). You will also make Sweet and Sour Tamarind Chutney and finish with an authentic Masala Chai. Please bring an apron, water bottle and containers for any possible leftovers.
