By using the Thomas-Kilmann Conflict Mode Instrument (TKI®) in this workshop, you will receive your individualized TKI® Interpretive Report on your Conflict Handling Styles. You will assess an individual’s behavior in conflict situations and will examine five primary conflict-handling styles that affect personal and group dynamics. You will assess common conflict situations and recognize different conflict modes used. You will develop an action plan to manage conflict productively.
