Parent/ Teacher Interview Form & Information Coming Home Tonight
November 8th, 2016
Dear Parents/Guardians:
The Progress Report that you will be receiving on November 17th is a way to give you a sense of how your child is currently doing in school. This report is meant to begin a conversation on your child’s progress, and is to be accompanied by an interview with your child’s teacher. We have set aside the evening of Thursday, November 24th (3:05pm – 8:00pm) and the day of Friday, November 25th (8:30am – 3:00pm) as the time for these interviews to take place.
Please complete the form on the reverse side of the letter that will be coming home this evening, and return it to your youngest child’s teacher by Monday, November 14th. Include each child’s interview that you are requesting on this form. This will help us schedule all your interviews close together.
We will be scheduling the interviews beginning on the morning of November 16th , on a first come, first served basis. It is imperative that the forms are returned promptly. Confirmation of the interview date/time will be sent home by November 21st.
We look forward to seeing you on either the 24th or 25th. Please let the office know ahead of time if you require any support due to accessibility needs during your interview visit.
