Student Rapid Antigen Screening Available

Dear parents/guardians,

We would like to provide you with information from Wellington-Dufferin-Guelph Public Health (WDGPH) regarding their COVID-19 Rapid Antigen Testing (RAT) program. This screening is intended to provide an additional tool for students to help minimize risk of outbreaks and potential closures.

Please see below for information from Public Health:

Voluntary Rapid Antigen Testing Program

● Rapid antigen tests can be done at home and produce results in 15 minutes

● Participation in this program is voluntary and is open to students only

● Rapid antigen tests should only be used for students when they have no COVID-19 symptoms, are not considered a high-risk contact and are not vaccinated against COVID-19

If you are interested in having your child participate in Public Health’s voluntary RAT program, please read the letter from WDGPH below.

If you are wanting your child to participate in this program over the next 4 weeks, please complete the form below for each child. This form allows for pick up by a parent or for the school to send home kits with individual students, where parents have completed the form requesting this option. ● Form: https://forms.gle/8ifeBSPqKDrrrGM76
