Well-being Health and Youth (WHY) Survey
Please see the attached link to information regarding the Well-being Health and Youth (WHY) Survey. The purpose of the survey is to collect information from youth (Gr.4-8), parents, and school staff about health and well-being. The information can be used to inform planning decisions, including Board Improvement Plans. All information collected will be strictly confidential. If you do not want your child to participate in the survey, please take a moment and return the attached sheet. There will be class time devoted for students to complete the survey, however, both the student and parent survey is listed below. Please copy and paste into your browser.
