Terry Fox Family Weekend
Once again this year Elora Public School is proud to take part in this year’s 40th Anniversary of Terry Fox’s Marathon of Hope. Teachers will be promoting and sharing Terry’s story with the students in the classroom, however with our new restrictions, it makes it difficult for us to participate in a run here at school. Our plan is to have families of our school community walk/run/jog/ride sometime during the weekend of September 26-27. We feel that this promotes healthy living, school and community spirit as well as a great reason to put aside some time as a family.
