Looking forward to the coming week….

In case you missed it, below is a copy of the voice message sent to families on Saturday evening.

Hello Elora Families. This is Mr. McQueen. I hope you were able to have a nice, relaxing holiday with family during this difficult time. With the exception of our life skills class, Elora students will be starting back on Monday in an online learning format rather than physically at the school. Monday will be a day for teachers to touch base with families and make sure everyone can get on Google Classroom. There will be some work for students posted on Google Classroom. You should expect an email or call from teachers on Monday.

We understand that learning in this format will not suit all families. We know that in many households, parents are working and there are multiple children in the house. We simply ask that you try your best with the online learning.

We hope to see everyone on Monday January 11th. At this point, that is still the plan. We have no additional information. If there are changes, we typically find out on the news at the same time as everyone else.

Please continue to check our website and also email the school at the address on the bottom of our website if you have any questions at all over the weekend and throughout the upcoming week. Have a great finish to your weekend!
