Posted June 17, 2019

Hi Eramosa Families!

Grade 6 Graduation is Monday June 24th in the evening. Cake and pictures will start outside the school at 5:30pm followed by the graduation ceremony starting at 6pm. Please mark your calendars for this important event!

-Friday, June 28th is a PA Day and the school is closed for students. Happy start to summer!

-Moving In – Moving Out? If you are planning a move to another school this summer, or know of someone moving into our school area for the 2019-2020 school year, please notify the office as soon as possible.

– There are lots of field trips taking place over the next few weeks. Please make sure you have paid for all trips online (SchoolCashOnline) or in person. This helps our year end financials be organized correctly.

-Congrats to all students who participated in the Track and Field Meet and the Choir competition at Canada’s Wonderland last week. Both events were a great success. Also a giant THANK YOU to Mr. Ellis, Mrs. Shaw and all the parent volunteers who made both events happen!

-Hold the morning of June 26th for the Eramosa PS Volunteer Breakfast (8am) and school wide Talent Show (9am). All family members are invited to the school to see our school talent and all family members who have volunteered this year with the school are invited to the school library for a chance to connect and eat!

-This is the LAST week for the food program. There is no food or milk available next week. Please make sure your child has enough to eat at school each day. Thanks!

-Students who have medication at school: Parents need to arrange with Mrs. Kent pick up during the last week to ensure they are safely transported.

-We have collected a lot of Lost and Found items at the school. Next time you are in the building please look through the items. Anything left at the school by the end of the day on June 26th will be bagged up and donated. Thanks!

– ATTENTION Parents, Grandparents: The school is in need of people who would be willing to be a lunch supervisor in the fall. This role helps students during the lunch hour both during the eating portion inside and outside for play. Please call the school office if interested for more information. Thanks!

We have many events happening at our school.
