Terry Fox Marathon of Hope at Eramosa PS: An Update!
Our Terry Fox Run at Eramosa. starts at 2:15 pm on Friday, September 24. Yellow information slips came home with each student.
There are three ways to support this cause:
- You could donate cash. We will gather the funds and forward them on Monday, September 27.
- Kent has also made School Cash Online available. We use this for a number of school events and activities. I will outline steps below to remind you if you used it previously and to inform those of you who have not used it. Once your account is set up, it can be used for a number of things that will be offered as the school year progresses.
- Step 1: Register. Go to https://ugdsb.schoolcashonline.com/ and pick “Get Started Today”. Complete the 3 registration steps. The password needs 8 characters; one uppercase letter, one lowercase letter and a number.
- Step 1: Confirmation Email. A registration confirmation will be sent to you with a link. Click on that to confirm your email and account. This will open the School Cash Online site. Sign into your account by using the email address and password you just created.
- Step 3: Find Student. This step will connect your children to your account.
- NOTE: There is space for STUDENT NUMBER. Leave this area BLANK (not an OEN Number).
- Enter UPPER GRAND DISTRICT SCHOOL BOARD.
- Enter ERAMOSA PUBLIC SCHOOL.
- Enter your Child’s name and birth date.
- Select CONTNUE.
- On the next page confirm you are related to the child and click on the AGREE box and select CONTINUE.
- Your child has been added to your account.
- Step 4: View Items or Add Another Student.
- If you have more children, select ADD ANOTHER STUDENT and repeat the steps above. 5 children can be added to one parent account.
- If you don’t need to add additional children, select VIEW ITEMS FOR STUDENTS.
