COMMENCEMENT 2023

Commencement is happening at GCVI on Mon June 26 from 3 pm – 8 pm! 

Grads MUST sign up by Monday, May 29 using the forms on the Gr 12 Classroom.

There are 2 forms:

1. EVERYONE must do the RSVP Form. (Required)
2. If you want to be in a group of up to 10 people, use the Group Form. (1 person completes this for the group- Optional)

BOTH FORMS ARE DUE ON MAY 29.

On June 2nd we will reply with your confirmed time and more details.

Each grad will be assigned a 30-45 minute ceremony time. Grads can indicate on the RSVP if there is a time that does not work for them.

Please note, there is no cost for Commencement. It is free for grads and their guests!

Each grad will be assigned a 30 – 45 minute ceremony time. Friends and family are invited to be here for their ceremony time.

Grads are welcome to stay for the whole event or just their ceremony. This is their choice.

Each grad will receive a grad cap to keep and there will be a professional photographer on hand to capture the event. All photos will be available to download (for free) this summer.

Grads will borrow one of our grad gowns for the event.
