Halloween

Posted October 17, 2020

Dear Parents and Guardians,

With the fall leaves changing colour and the cooler weather beginning, we know that Halloween is on many children’s and adults’ minds.

Although there are some parameters that need to be  followed due to COVID and Public Health guidelines, on October 29th students may wear their costumes to school.

Please carefully consider the costumes that your child(ren) wear to school as they will need to wear them all day.  Should students choose to wear a costume, please ensure that they come to school wearing it.

  • Accessories are to stay home – to minimize items brought to school.
  • Students will still be required to wear their COVID mask (Halloween masks must not replace their COVID masks)
  • There will not be a Halloween parade or dance
  • Students cannot share candy/drinks/treats; however, students may bring a treat for themselves in their lunch

Thank you for your support in ensuring that students are able to safely celebrate together.
