January 2022 Chromebook Request
Please complete the following Chromebook Request Form only if you do not currently have a device that can be used at home. For those requiring a device, we will be prioritizing one device per family. Should you require technology, please complete this form even if you have already communicated this information to your child’s classroom teacher.
For those completing this survey, pick-up will take place on Tuesday, January 4th, from 9:00 am- 11:00 am. Please continue to watch the school and board websites for more information, as well as your email.
