The Upper Grand Learning Foundation’s vision is to ensure 100% of UGDSB students have access to a deep and varied educational experience regardless of personal need or circumstance. Toonie Tuesdays serve to bring awareness to the Freedom to Achieve supports available and provide a channel for our students and families to support other UGDSB students and families

The UGLF mission is to use their General Fund, including Freedom to Achieve resources, to help students participate fully in school life by providing them with items or experiences for learning that cannot otherwise be funded by their family or school. Some examples of past items funded are essential food, shoes and school supplies along with specialized accessibility and assistance items such as wheel chairs and glasses.
