Lowering of Flags to Mark the Tragic Event Targeting Muslim Community in London, Ontario
At Hyland Heights, we have lowered our flags to honour the lives of the four members of a family who were killed in an attack in London, Ontario. The flags will remain at half-mast from now until sunset on Wednesday, June 9, 2021.
Islamophobia, racism, hate and oppression cannot be tolerated. Following the horrific violence in London, our condolences go to the victims, their family, loved ones and the Muslim community.
