Hyland Heights News for October 8th
Good evening,
It was another great week here at Hyland Heights. Thank you to all of our families who supported the Terry Fox Run. We raised close to $800.

A few reminders as we head into the long weekend.
-Each child and staff member must complete the self-screening tool: https://covid-19.ontario.ca/school-screening/ Please do not send your child to school if they do not pass the screening and follow the advice that is given when you receive your child’s self-screening results.
-Students and staff are required to wear masks indoors. Gaiters, scarves, neck warmers, or balaclavas cannot be substituted or used in place of cloth masks and/or medical masks. Face masks must be two layers and have ear loops. More information is available on the WDG Public Health website.
Finally, if you are celebrating Thanksgiving this weekend, we wish you a happy Thanksgiving. Even though things are again different this year, we are hopeful you have many things to be thankful for. Have a fantastic long weekend and we’ll see kids on Tuesday, October 12th at 850am.
