Booking Interviews Online
The link to the online booking site is https://www.ugdsb.ca/pti
For Parent/Teacher interviews on the evening of Thursday, November 28, 2019 and all day Friday, November 29, 2019, appointments will be booked online. The site will open today, Thursday, November 21, 2019 at 3:00 pm and will close Tuesday, November 26, 2019 at 10:00 pm. We ask that all parents please book an appointment with their child’s teacher using the instructions coming home in the report card envelope. Appointments outside these days must be booked directly with the teacher. You will require your child’s Ontario Education Number (OEN) found on the report card. Interviews will take place in the teacher’s classroom, unless otherwise posted.
In the case where parents are separated and two separate interviews are requested, both parents will need to call the school and make interview bookings with the OFFICE directly so our Office Coordinator can enter the booking into the online system.
If you experience problems with this process, or do not have access to a computer, please call the school office at 519-941-3292 extension 0 starting Friday, Nov 22nd. Please have your child’s OEN number (from the report card) and we would be happy to help you. For detailed instructions, please read the letter that is coming home in the report card envelope today.
