New student registration September 1st
The following will be procedures for new student registration on Tuesday, September 1st.
Masks must be worn. Parents are asked to bring a pen to lessen contact to complete other forms should they be need to be completed.
-Parents to complete registration forms https://www.ugdsb.ca/schools/admission-registration/ and return to [email protected] including a copy of birth certificate and proof of address (driver’s license not accepted). Parents will be required to bring the original birth certificate and proof of address to the school prior to the first day of school to complete the registration process.
-All new JK students not already registered need to complete the online registration https://www.ugdsb.ca/kindergarten/registration/ process by following the link. Email a copy of birth certificate and proof of address (driver’s license not accepted). Parents will be required to bring the original birth certificate and proof of address to the school prior to the first day of school to complete the registration process.
-Parents are asked to call the school upon arrival if a staff member is not located between the main front doors. Parents are asked to line up outside while maintaining social distancing. One parent at a time will be permitted to enter into the front vestibule to complete the registration process.
-Please inform staff member if a student has any medical concerns, bring medications, learning disability, etc.
-Please be patient as we work through registrations.
