Due to COVID-19, the Upper Grand District School Board is preparing to make student report cards available online for parents/guardians this spring.

Parents will be able to access their child’s report card from a secure webpage, using a board-issued account. Elementary report cards will be available for download between June 23 and July 5, 2021. Secondary report cards will be available for download between July 5 and 16, 2021. Families who cannot access reports electronically are to contact their school to arrange for a mailed copy. Please note that modified IEPs will be mailed to families at the end of the school year.

To access the report card, parents will first need to create an account with the Upper Grand DSB.

Next steps:

  • First, the UGDSB’s IT Department will send an email to every student on Wed. June 9. This email will include the parent email address the school has on record. Parents will need this information in order to create an account on the Parent Portal.
  • During the week of June 14, parents will be sent information explaining how they can create a secure account.
  • Instructional materials, handouts and videos will be available online, including troubleshooting documentation for parents who are unable to create an account.

We will continue to share more information about this new process in the coming weeks.
