Student Property Retrieval- Our Process
Dear Families,
Please read the following plan carefully, as it is important for everyone’s safety that it be adhered to.
A parent from each family will line up at the front door of the school, based on the letter of the last name (please see the schedule below). We will control entrance into the school, to ensure proper social distancing. Once in the school, you will proceed to your child’s(ren) classroom(s) to pick-up a bag with your child’s(ren) belongings. The bag will be labelled and will be placed from A closest to the classroom door to Z farthest from the door. You simply collect the bag and leave via the church or back door of the school.
Please note that washrooms will not be accessible, teachers will not be in the building, you do not need to bring anything with you to collect student property and nothing is to be touched in the building except the bag that contains your child’s(ren) property.
Library books may be dropped off in a bin as you enter the school.
