Wellness Wednesday – Getting Strong with Julie

Many of our Gr. 4-8 students participated in a “Strong  with Julie” class on Wednesday . Julie is a Certified Zumba and Strong by Zumba Instructor. Strong is a fun but vigorous workout for all levels. With all moves synced to the beat.

Julie reminded students that we don’t have to move perfectly or do it perfectly, just getting out and trying is what counts!
