Transitioning to High School
The Upper Grand District School Board (UGDSB) is examining school transitions (e.g. starting school, starting high school, graduating etc.). For the purpose of this survey, we are focusing on both communications and the school transition of students moving from Grade 8 to Grade 9 (i.e. elementary school to high school).We invite UGDSB students and parents/caregivers to complete this anonymous survey. Data from the survey will be aggregated and no personal information of the respondents will be collected or shared. The survey should only take 3-5 minutes to complete.
