Course Offerings/Information

We offer a variety of fitness and physical activity options to meet the interests and needs of our students.  Choose a course in the drop down menu to access information and expectations.

PAD3O – Outdoor Ed. – focus is on outdoor sporting activities as well as traditional outdoor pursuits (skiing, snowshoeing, camping and canoeing, hiking, swimming, climbing, etc.)

PAF3O/4O – Personal Fitness – students will focus on more individualized personal fitness activities including weights, circuits, bootcamps, etc.. 

PPL1O/2O/3O/4O/French Immersion (3OF) – Healthy Active Living – Classes focus on more traditional team and individual activities (volleyball, basketball, soccer, badminton, etc.)

PLF4M – Athletic Leadership – This course focuses on the development of leadership and coordination skills related to recreational activities. Students will acquire the knowledge and skills required to plan, organize, and implement recreational events. They will also learn how to promote the value of physical fitness, personal well-being, and personal safety to others through mentoring. The course will prepare students for college programs in recreational, leisure, and fitness leadership.

PSK4U – Exercise Science – This course helps prepare students possibly looking at a future in kinesiology, sports medicine, health sciences, and sports administration.
