ALL UGDSB students have shifted to remote learning, effective Wed. April 7, including students in specialized DD class placements. The Spring Break scheduled for April 12-16 will continue as planned. For more information, please click here.

With March Break approaching, many families and staff have questions about international travel and precautions required upon returning from travel. A letter with travel advice from Public Health is posted on the UGDSB website.

Parent Teacher Interviews are scheduled to take place on Thursday, March 26th, 2020. The system for booking Parent Teacher Interviews will open next Thursday, March 12th, 2020. Please follow the instructions posted here to book interviews with your student’s teachers. Parent Teacher Interview Instructions
City staff will be conducting site reviews for the next few weeks all across the city. Staff will be at some current adult crossing guard locations and at other locations where there has been a request for an adult guard. Site reviews are completed prior to scheduling a field study.
All staff will have a vest or jacket that has the City of Guelph logo.

The City of Guelph has advised the Board that the railway crossing at Dublin Street and Kent Street no longer meets Transport Canada regulations. City staff will present a bylaw amendment to close Dublin Street at the railway crossing at the March 30 Council meeting. If the bylaw is approved by City Council, the permanent closure is planned for April 20, 2020.
