Important School Council Updates
Hello!
Hopefully today is the last day we have to send our kids in snow pants!
Unfortunately we have decided to cancel the PRO Grant night for this year. In the fall we were notified that the funding was cut and cancelled our speaker. The funding has now been reinstated, but it didn’t give us enough time to find a new speaker that could align with our proposed topic. We plan to apply again this year for the PRO Grant and to host it next spring. We apologize for this!
Since we won’t be having the PRO grant night, we will plan to have our next Council meeting on April 9th at 6:30pm. We will follow up with the agenda closer to the date.
Lastly, we had discussed having our teacher appreciation lunch this Friday, April 5th, but we have been informed that the EA’s and ECE’s will not be at the school that day so we will switch it back to the usual date of June 7th. We will be sending out information and sign-up requests closer to that date.
