Cell Phone Policy

Please take a few minutes to read our updated Cell Phone Policy.  We ask for parent/guardian support in reinforcing the message around electronic device use at school.

Parents, please call the main office if you need to reach your child during school hours so student learning is not being interrupted.

Cell Phone Policy: 

No electronic devices (and related headphones) may be used on school property except within the classroom with teacher permission.  These devices include but are not limited to: cell phones, game systems, MP3 players, tablets, etc. Once students arrive on school property (by 8:10 am)they are expected to put their devices away and keep it either locked in their locker or in their backpack.

  • First Offence: electronic device will remain locked in the office for the day
  • Second Offence: electronic device will remain locked in the office during school hours for a week
  • Third Offence: phone call home and home/school plan to be developed

Please keep in mind that the school is not responsible for lost or stolen devices.
