Complete the Student Census by October 9

Students/families in Kindergarten to Grade 12 are encouraged to complete the UGDSB Counts Student Census survey by October 9, 2022. The link to complete the census can be found at the bottom of the email sent to parents/guardians (Kindergarten – Grade 8) and students (Grades 9-12+). It is a rectangular blue button that says “Begin Survey.” If you need assistance, please email [email protected]

Long Term Accommodation Plan (LTAP) Background Report and Public Engagement Plan

On January 30, 2018, trustees approved a Public Engagement Plan as a part of the Board’s process to develop a Long Term Accommodation Plan (LTAP).
The LTAP is a strategic review of the Board’s facilities, population projections, and enrolment forecasts. At the end of the process, the LTAP will identify accommodation priorities for the Board. Public engagement is an important part of the LTAP process. We want to have conversations with our school communities to promote a shared understanding of local school issues.

Metcalfe/Emma intersection

The City of Guelph has advised that the Metcalfe/Emma intersection will not be closed to pedestrians as originally thought. Two adult school crossing guards will be stationed by the City to assist students crossing in this area. Student are reminded to cross with the guards and not to enter construction zones.

Playground Closed for the Season
