Progress Reports and Parent Teacher Interviews

Please note: Progress Reports go home on Tuesday, November 14. You will receive two copies of the report card. Please sign one copy and return it to school along with the envelope.
Kindergarten students will bring home their “Communication of Learning (Initial Observations)” as well. You will receive only one copy as there is not a place for a parent/guardian signature. Please kindly return the envelope for future use.
It is important for all parents/guardians to meet with your child(ren)’s teacher(s) at this time.
Our on-line Parent/Teacher Booking System will be activated on Wednesday, November 15 at 7:00am and will close on Wednesday, November 22 at 3:00pm. To book an appointment you will need your child’s OEN number, which is located at the top of their report, and birth date. The link to the website is above.
Interview times are Thursday, November 23 (3:30pm – 7:30pm) AND Friday, November 24 (8:30am – 3:00pm). Interviews are 15 minutes in length. If you are unable to come at these times, please communicate with the teacher to set up an alternate time.
