Construction at Metcalfe at Emma – Removal of Temporary Second Adult Guard
As part of the Metcalfe Street road construction, a second adult school crossing guard was temporarily posted at the intersection of Metcalfe Street and Emma Street to assist pedestrians crossing within a construction zone. Now that the road work and associated construction activity is scheduled to be completed at the intersection next week, the secondary crossing guard will be removed at the end of the afternoon shift on Friday December 15, 2017. The regular guard will be in place on the southwest corner for Monday December 15th from 8:10 a.m. to 8:45 a.m. and 3:10 p.m. to 3:35 p.m.
