Choose Kindness Week (Nov. 18 – 22)
Lots of great activities at Edward Johnson coming up!! It’s Choose Kindness Week. Here are just a few of the events that are coming up:
Monday: Kick off assembly 9:30 in the gym (sharing of the motto for the week and the rest of the year)
Tuesday: Pay It Forward Day (We are aiming for 400 items for the Food Bank). Everyone brings in one item AND everyone gets to take the kindness pledge and put their hand prints on the banner.
Wednesday: WEAR PINK DAY!!! Wear as much pink as possible.
Thursday: Big Buddies visiting classrooms to share story books about kindness. Bingo at recess and don’t forget about Spaghetti Supper in the evening.
Friday: Wrap-up assembly starting at 1:30.
